Phoenix Technologies utilizes a third party certified lab, Rapid Energy Services for all quantitative analysis. Our employees are capable and do perform field evaluations and testing but we prefer the independence of an outside lab for all definitive recommendations. This eliminates the perception or possibility of any improprieties of having an internal lab.
